Prior to working as an adviser, Paul taught mathematics for many years, with experience as a subject leader, head of department and member of a senior leadership team, often in challenging schools.
His innovative work supports colleagues to independently sustain improvement in schools and to develop collaborative practices with a view to improving outcomes for learners.
Paul has considerable experience in developing CPD for schools and in tailoring support to their specific needs.
As an experienced mathematics adviser he has supported departments in Warwickshire and beyond in developing schemes of learning, working alongside teachers to improve pedagogy and implementing the latest educational policy with an enthusiasm, drive and flair.

Greg was previously a successful and innovative head of department and dynamic classroom practitioner. He has always believed in the importance of making learning mathematics enjoyable and relevant in order to stimulate and engage pupils.
He has delivered and developed courses on pedagogy and the use of ICT in mathematics as well as modelling how to deliver focussed intervention to targeted groups of students. Additionally he has produced and delivered a subject enhancement course for GTP students at Warwick University. He is currently involved in setting up and establishing an RI masterclass for Coventry and Warwickshire.
